Pricing

• The maintained public /v1/verify/media-consistency route currently quotes $10 USDC per call on Base using x402. The five older check routes currently quote $0.01 USDC for existing compatibility integrations.
• Consult the live public route catalog and signed policy. Verify the exact route's live HTTP 402 payment requirements before authorizing any payment; these displayed prices are not payment authorizations.
• The passive claim-detector (/v1/detect) is free and rate-limited; it routes nothing and bills nothing.

When money moves

Settlement is attempted only after a successful result is prepared. Source or input failures before settlement are not submitted for settlement. A prepared result does not prove that an HTTP 200 response reached you.

An ambiguous settlement may already have moved funds. Preserve the response and payment receipt or reference, and reconcile the outcome before authorizing another payment. A missing response is not evidence that no payment occurred.

Remedies

1. Disputed results or payments: contact ops@aye.today with the response and payment receipt or reference for review. Never send private keys or signed payment authorizations.
2. Current limitation: no automated recount or free-dispute endpoint is available. Re-submitting a claim is not a free dispute and may require another payment; do not pay again to request a review.
3. Rights preserved: this factual correction does not limit pre-existing customer remedies or statutory rights.

Custody

We never hold customer balances. Payments travel principal-to-principal between your wallet and the network treasury via the payment facilitator. Public evidence bundles can contain exact submitted coordinates, timestamps and media digests; see the Privacy Policy for record visibility and retention.
